Reporting To: GM – Institutional Sales

Experience: Up to 2 years in Sales Coordination, preferably in Engineering Sales

Education: Graduate or Diploma Holder (Preferably in Mechanical Engineering)

Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Executive – Institutional Sales to support our Institutional Sales team in coordinating with customers, regional sales teams, and internal departments. The role involves managing sales coordination activities, supporting tender and order processes, maintaining MIS reports, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Head in coordinating with customers and regional sales teams for both STU and Industrial segments.
  • Coordinate with regional sales officers and customers regarding tenders, purchase orders (POs), and payment follow-ups.
  • Liaise with the Plant Team to ensure timely dispatch of materials against confirmed orders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and customers to address product or service-related complaints.
  • Prepare, generate, and maintain MIS reports and sales-related documentation.
  • Assist the Business Head in day-to-day communication and coordination with various stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track segment performance and sales progress.
  • Travel to meet customers when required.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Business Head to support business objectives.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, tenders, and order management.
