Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the cut-off date for the purpose of reckoning voting rights for the 61st AGM and eligibility for the payment of dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025, if declared at the ensuing 61st AGM, has been fixed as Thursday, 18th September, 2025.
